Rita and Mark Sever

As individuals and a family, the Severs have given to Face to Face in countless ways. Rita was our first Administrative Assistant and later Director of Human Resources. Mark helped with volunteer trainings and is an Art for Life artist. With their two kids, the Severs have raised vast amounts of money every year for us in the Human Race.

Micah, Linda, & Kyla Schwaberow

This family of cumulative creative genius
has come up with so many incredible ways
of giving. More than any other individual,
Micah is responsible for the continual refinement, sophistication, and success of Art for Life.
He is also one of the artists who created
the Stone Spiral. Linda is a tireless force behind the scenes and Kyla has lent her graphic design and photographic talents to the Art for Life auction as well.

Emma and Ruben Baesler

With a gay son who grew up in an ultra-conservative area, Emma felt that volunteering together would help him integrate into a community where being gay is accepted. They both became very involved emotional support volunteers. As our Santa Rosa receptionist for over 10 years, Emma became an integral part of our family. When not out riding on his BMW, she and Ruben have helped with innumerable events.

Volunteers since 1990.
